No Omega applier for face

I purchased this product, and did not receive an Omega Applier for face.

I have several avis that are dirty little homeless hobo boys, and men, and this works great! I initially had a question about using it with the Utilizator Normie Head, and the creator was very responsive and helpful, and of course the dirt and mud looks awesome!
