Unfortunately this items doesnt work with CATWA heads as was described. Even if follow with *read me* instruction in folder. I would not advice to buy in this case if you use CATWA heads
I just noticed!
I bought this a while ago and always liked them but haven't been wearing them because it doesn't have BOM. yet I stumble across this and it says it includes BOM yet I don't have it. product is great product info needs to be updated. When that happens review will be changed to five stars.

Just what I was looking for and the Omega applies to my LAQ head easily (on the tattoo layer).

Great Product . . . don't forget upper and Lower Layers!
I loved my face pre-mesh (still do) and waited forever to go with a mesh head because I wanted nothing to change. I decided I would have to go with the flow eventually. I got catwa and still don't have my face quite where I want it but it is coming along. Izzie's appliers have helped in many ways. These helped me get rid of some of that Baby Face look. YOU know what I am talking about. I think the eye bags are PERFECT, especially with a little blend to help make the effect more subtle than a bad hangover. The Naso folds are pretty good. Don't forget on the Catwa Hud you have Upper and Lower layers you can play with. I figured that out after I got these. Izzie warns you in the notecard these will replace eyeshadow or freckles but with the upper and lower layers on the Catwa hud you can usually get around that. The only part I didn't like was the anger lines. I think those could use some work . . . or maybe do a much more subtle Worry lines version. But that is not a complaint. I'd love to see more appliers of these types because Izzie does such a great job. THANK YOU IZZIE!!

This Applier is something I was looking for a long time
The oprions to use all or just some of the wrinkles is awsom
and by using a trancparency slider I was able to move on from a 20 yo Beachbunny to be the 35 yo mature Woman I am.
The OMEGA works fine on my Mayreal Head (best Bento head ever) and also at LAQs Bentoheads
