Izzie is the best.
Out of the many, MANY items I've purchased from Izzie over the years this is the only one that I haven't been 100% impressed with. Izzie, however, never fails to impress. She was helpful in resolving the issue, offered to create a new one for me and voluntarily offered a refund on the product. While the product may not have been to my liking, Izzie will always have my support and patronage. She is amazing and so easily to interact with.
