This is beautiful ! As some previous reviews mentioned . I did have hovering issues inside the shack ( not on dock ) . Make sure you have a saved copy in your inventory before doing this fix .
Make sure your shack is in the position you want it .
There are two layers of floor inside the build . You need to reach under the shack from outside, grab it in edit and go to edit linked parts make sure to touch the section directly underneath the shack. Unlink that and then make it phantom. Then you wont be hovering anymore .
Some have complained about Land Impact but its perfect as you can still see details perfectly from way across the sim. Some do make lower LOD builds but when you look at them from across the sim the build disappears. ( Not Good ). This is an excellent purchase . I love my new build . Worth every penny . Thank you
Beautiful Boat Shack!
I purchased this boat shack about 3 weeks ago and shortly after noticed the hovering problem. I thought I could find the problem but I'm not a skilled builder and didn't want to mess anything up. I noticed the same problem happening in these reviews so took it upon myself to contact the creator Dean and within 24 hours he gave me an updated version, problem solved. No hassle! Now it's perfect! Beautiful textures, easy to operate door instructions/menu. THANK YOU!

Perfect Boat Shack/Beach House
I had looked and looked and this one is THE one. I love it, decorating is a joy, this is almost as good as a RL vacation.
Object rez issue if you rez inside
One issue I have with this build is if you rez an object if will partially rez underneath the floor. I do not hover over the floor as some have stated. It was very easy to re-texture the inner walls to my liking and to configure the doors as well.
