There is nothing like it anywhere on MP. I've looked everywhere. Everything else is crap compared to this work of art. I love every detail.. I wish it were a little lower prim...but I would not give up 1 single detail of this little beauty......Excellent...For anyone who insists on the absolute highest quality...shop no more.
I wish I found this boat shack before I purchased others! ***WAHHH***
I purchased two boat houses before I found this and while they were nice, I only had them on my island less than a week. While perusing thru MP, I came across this beauty from Redgrave. I even went to Redgrave's demo and I knew that THIS boat shack was THE ONE! As mentioned by the reviewer below, the realism of this shack is spectacular which drew me to it. You can decorate this shack from rustic and Popeye-ish to shabby chic! I highly recommend this wonderful build! Great job Redgrave!
Cute, realistic looking- perfect for coastal areas!
This is a cute building, and it's exactly what I had been searching for in a modest, realistic-looking coastal type building. It looks wonderfully in a nautical setting- very reminiscent of places in New England or European coastal areas. FYI: Another reviewer made mention of an issue that results in avatars floating 2 feet or so above the floor in the interior of the building (but not within the display model inworld). This is true, *however* I have located the source of the problem, and it is very easily fixed... thus fixing the floating-in-the-air thing... yaayyy! Not really sure why the creator has addressed neither the reviewer's comment nor, more importantly, a solution therefor. I would have given this product 5 stars had it not been for those two things (even though I was able to find the problem on my own, customer service is still utterly important to me). If you wish to know how easily correct this problem, just IM me, and you'll be back on the boat shack's floor in no time lol.

I do not leave reviews a lot and not unless it's a really good product. The previous bad review must have had hoover too high. Mine is perfect. I rented this cottage for 10 months, moved, and needed a house so I bought it.
I moved to a beach lot so basically I just need a waterproof tent so keep my bed and clothes dry.
I was trying to edit it some and Dean answered my questions promptly several times. Thanks Dean. If you want a small house that has lots of windows and is simple check it out in world. It is a fair price because a lot of work was put into it and I am not one of those socialists that think profit is unfair or capitalism is evil.
If you are looking for something simple that is nice and has lots of windows this can be for you.
P.S.- Because it is a 'shack" I had to buy a BBQ grill to cook on and fortunately a friend gave me an outhouse because there is no plumbing or electricity...

This is the second home I've bought from this builder.. and I love it! I'm not sure what the problem is the last reviewer had.. a glitch maybe.. its not happening for me.. its perfect. The detail is amazing.. its so airy and open.. really well done. Worth every linden

I was careful and checked this out in-world and loved it so I felt safe about spending the L$1,290
But once I got this home and set it out I noticed when you walk around you avi is off the floor as if you're walking on something. I looked using the red ctrl alt + t and and couldn't see any reason for this issues! So I sent the creator a note card and I never heard anything back.. so I sent him a second note card and still nothing.
I have no choice but to warn others that not only will your avi be walking above the floor as if in the air but the creator isn't going to do anything about it. I could think of better ways to spend my L$1,290 Buyer beware :)
Oh... the one inworld is fine and your feet are in the floor!
And yes I read the note card and set it up right.
We rez our cats in the shack and they are also up in the air.. when they go to where there home is set they then are in the real floor like they should be.
I also set this shack up on other lands and the same issues happens!
Never seen anything so odd before.
