- allow unrestricted access to both teleporters
- display 'Teleport' in full green hover text

0 - Unrestricted
1 - Owner Only

** TEXT_COLOR (RGB) **

<1,0,0> - Red
<0,1,0> - Green
<1,1,0> - Yellow
<0,0,1> - Blue
<0.5,0.5,1> - Light Blue
<0.5,0.5,0.5> - Light Gray

** TEXT_ALPHA (Visibility) **

1 - Fully Visible
0.5 - Half Visible
0 - Invisible / Hidden

** TEXT (Hover Text) **

Displayed over each teleporter

** RESET SCRIPTS (Do Not Reset Scripts) **

Teleporters will become unpaired and can be discarded
