By default, the car will be in Neutral Gear the first time you rez it.
Like in real life the car will not move just because you sit on it.
The car will not move until you switch a gear and press an arrow.

I like simple things.
Looks cool, is cheap and is easy to drive. It meets my requirements.
Better than any WWII Jeep in SL and the possibility of allowing someone else to drive is a bonus.
