These were based on Lilly Evo X version head, bom...no applier version. You receive 1 basic BOM Layer for all facial moles shown in photos.
Base color of moles is a brownish color, they can be tinted by right clicking the layer in your inventory and clicking on Color/Tint. I suggest either going white for the natural brown color or shades of gray to black for darker.
