HOW TO HALO

Your ~JJ~ Halo is ready to be attached to your avatar using the Nose attachment point by default. You can Add the item from inventory to use this attachment point or select Attach to choose an alternate one. You may need to adjust the position and size of the halo to best fit your avatar. It is unrigged and modify-enabled for this purpose. The viewer's editing tools can be used to make these adjustments. You can also Wear the item to attach it to the default attachment point but if anything else is attached to that attachment point it will be removed automatically.

NOTE: Drastically changing the size of the halo may cause the particles to thin out. Smaller adjustments should be fine. You can, however, adjust the position of the halo with no issues.

The halo will operate without any additional HUD required. You can touch the halo to turn it on or off. Touching the halo can sometimes be challenging so it can also be activated and deactivated using the included HUD. Add/Wear/Attach the HUD similarly to how you attached the halo. The HUD will default to the viewer's Top HUD position and can be moved and scaled in Edit mode as well. Here are the buttons you can touch on the HUD:

APPLY STYLE
This will apply the style that is associated with the HUD to the ~JJ~ Halo you are wearing.
If you are using the HUD from a different ~JJ~ Halo than the one you are wearing it will apply the HUD's style!
Don't worry, you can restore the halo's original style back to it from the same HUD or any ~JJ~ Halo HUD!

RESET HALO
Touch this button to restore the style of the ~JJ~ Halo you are wearing to its built-in (original) style.
You can also use this button to reset the halo in case you need to troubleshoot a problem you are having with it.

ON
This puts the ~JJ~ Halo into its active state.

OFF
This takes the ~JJ~ Halo out of its active state.

Remember: you don't have to wear the HUD when you don't need to make style adjustments. If you are comfortable clicking on the halo to turn it on and off you can detach the HUD when it is not in use.

TIP FOR COLLECTORS

There are many different styles of the ~JJ~ Halo to choose from. We have made it easier for you to switch between styles without having to take your ~JJ~ Halo off or put a new one on. Having to do that might break immersion if you like to change your "mood" without having to change the halo itself.

You can wear ANY ~JJ~ Halo HUD to set the style on ANY ~JJ~ Halo you may be wearing. Just wear the HUD featuring the style you want to display and use the APPLY STYLE button. You can restore the original style of your halo with the RESET HALO button on ANY ~JJ~ Halo HUD you are wearing.

Collect as many as you like and have fun switching your "mood" on the fly!
