Hello.

First of all, thank you for your interest on The Spike Building!

This is an amazing multi purpose building to you to use as your imagination rules.

The structure is covered by wood aged shingles, the walls from outside are covered by black wood and lighted by the neons disposed on top and bottom parts of the walls. Inside the building, the walls are also covered by wood, as well as the floor, which is made by wood blocks. The tile is texturizated with a high finesse concret texture making it match with the rest of the building.

Inside the box you get 2 versions of the product, one is the object itself, and the other is the object inside a rezzer, in case you find it more easy to rez things using rezzers. The instructions on how to use the rezzer will go with the product's notecard.
