The box contains :
- a full store prebuilt, all linked except door (Li=8)
- sample textures for stone parts, wooden parts and windows wall.
Window, door and sign board are single meshes. you can get them in unlinking the prebuilt store.
All is copy, mod, no trans.
Perfect Little Shop!
I was looking for some elegant and simple stores / shops, low on prim with a nice design and this is perfect! I have several of them and they all fit together so well. Plus, as they are copy and modify if you did want to change the textures (although they come with lovely palin textures) you can! All this for an amazing pirce!!

Beautifully detailed. Great for filling in streets and for use too. Nice to include the textures for modifications. Amazing for $10 lindens.
