All of the ridge is completely walk-able at just 5 land impact.
The ridge comes with modify permissions granted so you will be able to re-texture the ridge, in what ever way you want to match the rest of your land.
This is also a good item to have in sky boxes and on sky platforms as you cannot edit the land
