Jabber Anti-Chat-spy/Spy-bot Jamming System (anti-spybot/chatspy)

Got bugs? Why spend hours trying to locate those awful chat-spy devices? With Jabber, whoever planted them will soon come crawling back to remove them. Jabber torments anyone listening in with a constant barrage of distracting messages and makes it nearly impossible for them to participate in their own local conversations.

Simply rez Jabber in an area you suspect has been bugged. Use the menu system to select volume and rate of speech, and then listen as Jabber starts speaking thought-provoking quotes about the importance of trust in relationships. You'll probably want to leave the area while Jabber is in operation. There are four speeds:

* Slow - Jabber will speak every 60 seconds.
* Medium fast - Jabber will speak every 15 seconds.
* Fast - Jabber will speak every 5 seconds.
* Stop - Jabber will be silent.
