Jacob's Ladder - Urban Grunge

Cool little device we picked up at some mad scientist's lab along with some old hospital equipment (check our listings). It's got sparks and a buzzing/arcing sound - you can almost smell the ozone in the air. You got to love that old time panel on the front - it's classic. Mod and copy (scripts as usual are only copy).
