This bot is designed to follow its owner around, or stay still on command, when someone 'sits' on it it chains them and lifts them into the air (invisible cuff given when touched, also works with lockmaster computable cuffs).
once chained up they can be dragged around by the helper, to wherever the owner wants them.
Also since this is designed for peacekeeping it is capable of releasing a cloud of gas which can be rp'd as knockout or teargas ect.
please note that you need to be able to put this item down in order to use it but its very low prim so shouldn't be a problem.
