Japanese Prefab Courtyard House

Japanese Courtyard House by Razmari Imports is a single story Japanese style home. One of the few builds you will find with a Traditional style roof complete with flared corners. One Unique feature is the center courtyard which you can use as your personal place of refuge. The foot print of the house is 32X32 meters and consists of 109 prims. Included are scripted doors and a menu controlled window tint unit that can tint the inside and outside windows separately. The house is packaged in a Jack in the Box for easy set up and positioning.
