Because a part of black collar is built of 5 prims.
I think it is not easy to adjust the collar to you.

Please choose a size that fits you.
I also packed 3 sizes (s, m, l )of sleeves.
A white part of sleeve is one prim. I think it is easy to adjust the sleeve to you.
