Jeune by Rowne.Slatter Vinyl Dress - Demo

I took this fatpack demo from the Rowne store last night, and it's lovely, in red and black. I would've liked it in white or royal blue, but ok. I liked the red so much, I went to buy the full version. The vendor for the red is very very close to the green version, which I didn't want, so I accidentally bought that instead :-/ I went back and bought the red, which is wonderful. I asked to exchange the green for the black, not a refund, just like RL shops or my shop would do. Even though I bought 4 other items from Rowne less than a week ago, I was told this would not be possible, so now I have an unwanted green dress I paid 229L$ for. Lovely products, but customer satisfaction could certainly be improved upon.
