this is a group sign with script inside so you can edit and add your own group.
I've even added a note card to explain how to edit script.

doesn't work
keep getting Join Group whispers: Set the Group for this object in EDIT under the GENERAL tab and be sure your Group is Open Enrollment.
I even add the group key and still get the message.
