This Addition goes with the Linden Houseboat #7 (Jolly Roger). this additon is a mediteranian inspired deck surround with a pool, boat slip, and a drop off marina area. there are 2 levels of living space added to the house, as well as roof access for a helipad.

** Layout is for the wider plot where the extra space is on the back of the houseboat instead of the side. if it doesnt match the layout of your current houseboat, you may have to abandon land, and get a new houseboat for the different layout.
