Recreation of a certain bun's hat. Scale fit to the 'little beastie' head, but it's a hat. Modify!

Band is separately tintable from the brim/top, and the full texture is packed in the mesh's contents, should be straight forward. Current UV requires the texture to loop over on the brim to maintain visual scale, will get around to making a non-overlapping UV mesh if requested.
