Completely different lettering style than what is shown in the pictures.

The letters in the picture are cursive (handwriting) style, but the letters delivered were block-style with a line under them. The opposite of what I wanted. I sent a notecard to the seller right away, as per the instructions in the package, and waited the 48 hours he requested, but no reply. Still hoping to hear from him eventually to make it right.
