KAIILA and THARLARION (free animals) Race System Version 1.60
• Race Scoreboard and Starter/Timer and Gates/Rings
• Scores 1 to 4 active racers at a time
• Scoreboard sorts and shows 6 or 10 lines of racer scores
• Typically used for ground races (Foot Race, or Animal Riding)
• Dispenser of *free* rideable KAIILAs and THARLARIONs
RACING
1) One to Four avatars stand at starting gate and someone touches the starter.
2) after a short random delay it says GO and the gate disappears
3) Avatar(s) race through all the gates (the system tracks and checks all gates are hit)
4) At last gate each Avatars time is added to the ScoreBoard (sorted according to times)
NOTE: Included in the system are a set of rectangular numbered GATES (typically for land races) and also a set of round numbered RINGS (typically for flying TARN races). Also includes a dispenser for KAIILAs and a dispenser for THARLARIONs.
DISPENSERS for KAIILAS, THARLARIONS:
• Rez the dispenser(s)
• competitor(s) touch to wear the animal and race
••• Kaiila+Tharlarion are "wearable" attachments
••• Touch animals to adjust height, dust tracks on or off, sound on or off
••• competitors race, then detach and animal disappears (or competitors keep wearing and then run another round)
••• competitors can also get a new animal in later rounds, as often as they wish.
• Earth JHORSE and TARN race systems sold separately and as part of one combined race system (see related items below).
PRIMS (LI): Typically 40 LI
• ScoreBoards: default 10x25=29LI, small 6x20=16LI,
- ScoreCube: 1-prim using hover-text as alternative to scoreboards
• Starter: 2 LI
• Gates/Rings: either 1 or 2 LI per gate (1 for phantom, 2 if solid edge is also used)
