This implant is the result of the latest advances in behavior modification and speech pattern reenforcement by the cybernetic department of the KDC research & development branch.
Once unfolded from its protective casing, you can define up to 4 preset configurations going from simple word blacklisting to completely mute.
>Words can be blacklisted.
>The wearer can be restricted to only use white-listed words for more control.
>A special "force-list" can also be used to require specific words to be present in all sentences.
>Syllables can be restricted to a maximum number per word.
>The wearer can also be renamed and forced to only whisper.
>Emotes can be restricted, or blocked entirely, chat can be completely blocked aswell.
>The severity of the word blocking can be increased to block the entire chat line in case of transgression rather than the offending word.
You can customise the appearance of each button with an expandable selection of 22 icons.
It also comes with a set of unique "diamond keys" for locking/unlocking it, but you can use any TouchBound compatible padlock keys.

Does what it claims.
It looks relatively clean, following the instructions is fairly easy and I've only had a few minor hiccups with it. It's easy to customize to your liking, the only thing I personally would ask to be added is for more options of punishment if you say a restricted word than just removing the message and zapping with the collar.
It's quality and if you use other KDC products you likely know all the other decisions his creations take in terms of usability and function, this fits in with all of that like you'd expect.
