Works great
I'm confused why people are saying this doesn't work. I have been searching for an AO like this for a while and this is perfect. I LOVE the animations going up and down and just swimming normally. If you're trying to dive this is what you want.
Years later, still no better swimming animations
To those who say the AO isn't working, you must be in Fly-Mode.
If you find the AO's animations to be way too fast, try this: Go into Edit menu on the AO and find the contents tab. In there go into the 'parameters' notecard. Then change the values in there to this:
ADJUST_HORIZTAL=22.0
ADJUST_DOWN=28.0
ADJUST_UP=28.0
Should feel like much more realistic swim speed :D
All that aside, these are by far the best swimming animations, been using this AO for years.
simple but good AO
it has 4 animations swim forward, up, down, and float
the AO keeps you level while flying so easy to stay just right under the surface for snorkeling or near the bottom for diving
this is NOT another AO just using the animations from the free oak sim hud
It's good but...
just a couple of animations you can find everywhere on the MP for free or so. Works only if you "fly" underwater: in fact, if you reach the seafloor you start to walk normally (since the fly mode stop automatically when you touch land, of course). This is also the reason you never float at the right level: no mention of this on the description but a clear advert on the notecard inside the pack; this is not a correct behavior. And the swim on surface is not true: the avatar goes a little down and doesn't swim on surface.
At the end: it's overpriced for what you get, and doesn't meet the expectations. Two stars are too many, but ok: it something does, so...
Perfect!
just what i was looking for. i was finding it hard to find a decent scuba AO and then i came across this.. it works perfectly. and very realistic moving. Definitely would recommend.
