The Legend Beam Katana is an energy blade based on a rediscovered relic. Though designs like these were once lost, reverse engineering has produced a blade just as powerful and stylish as the original, but less prone to interference, and without the use of the GL crystals which cause terrible side effects and madness.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Controls are standard LMB + WASD combinations.
- Full mesh with materials support. Looks best with advanced lighting and local lights enabled.

An Elegant Weapon for a More Civilized Age
Initially, I thought the 900L pricetag was steep. Now I realize that it's actually discounted off of what it should be - and COULD be. There are plenty of weapons out there that are sold for >1,000L and of comparatively lesser quality. The modeling, animations, and effects are all superb. As most every other reviewer has said, pictures of the blade are needed. It has multiple customization options, including tweaking glow, toggling local lighting, changing blade colors, blade core color (black or white), lightning and plasma effects (think Kylo Ren's saber - it looks amazing), and positioning, etc. Long story short, this item far surpassed my expectations - so much so that I felt that I had to review it. This is the gold standard.

If your looking for the perfect weapon and your a fan of Star Wars, THIS IS WORTH THE CASH. Hands down already one of my favorites and really fun to play with on worlds. SUPER easy to use even if your just starting out on 2l. Only one word to describe this weapon...

Not a rip-off! Buy it!
This is a very nice weapon, even unique. The picture of only the sheath does not do it justice. The real attraction is in the light blade. (As stated in another review, the creator really needs to upload images of the light blade and not just the sheath.) The weapon works well, has sufficient options, and is a nice addition to your weapons collection. Frankly, I now buy with great trepidation in SL given the too many poorly-skilled creators making poor quality products, purposefully ripping people off, and yet allowed to exist by LL. This creator/vendor is not one of them. After seeing the weapon, it's not money wasted but indeed well-spent.

Because this thing looks sweet. The options to recolor and toggle the different light effects make it easy to customize for whatever avatar needs a laser katana, and I'm pretty happy with the smooth animations. It's a basic weapon, but it's everything I wanted out of it.
