Yes...if you purchase THIS LISTING you ARE getting the updated version,we updated it on the morning of August 24, so if u bought it after then you are already updated and do not need to IM :) What was updated? Some script issues, now things run more smoothly. If you have already bought this before AUGUST 24, and you would like the update....simple...drop Lolesk Ulich a notecard or IM and he will give you your new one after verifying that you have purchased the last version. There is no new furniture or items added, nothing looks any different, only some scripting fixes. Hope that clears up any questions : )

UPDATE 02/02/10: We added the teleporter fix that made a problem if you had two of our skyboxes next to eachother. If you see this message and are buying the skybox, you will have the fix included already. Everything looks nice. However, the furniture is HUGE. Looks sorta funny compared to your avatar. Also the poses in the bed are too busy. They don't look natural. However, can't beat it for the price.
Its a nice looking home, but cant figure where th tp is for upstairs? some of the furniture is all over the place so you will have to re adjust. Blinds dont open either. Maybe I will try the other house!

Got this puppy for 50L. Best deal I think I have had yet.
I tip more than that to people who provide services not even close to the quality of this house. Makes a wonderful second or third little retreat, or a PERFECT place for a first time land renter to start out.
Only problem/complaint I have is I cannot for the life of me get certain objects to unlink from each others when they should. I cannot get the bed and other items to move or even delete while I know friends with the same house who have. Must be a glitch of some sort but it's just my third home so I could care less.
I also purchased the "Charmed" version this creator has up and it is also a good deal. Please make more so I can buy them! Love the style.
