KTC Messenger Version 2.00

KTC Messenger is an utility to send a message and/or attachment from a recipients list of avatar names and/or avatar UUIDs. KTC messenger can manage up to 9 recipients lists and up to 9 preset messages. The sending can be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. You can also allow up to 10 people to manage the system.

KTC Messenger is easy to use, thanks to its simple interface and hierarchical menus.
