love the house...but a minor issue in the script...when you click it you get the error:

Very nice cottage
It is done very well, the only drawbacks I see are 1. The Alpha Masks for the window interior view are not optimized in proper gray-scale therefor cause that dreaded alpha glitch of older alphas (like trees coming in through the windows) to occur. 2. The house is not modify. It was a bit too bright for me and realized I cannot tone down it's 'Cheeriness' even a little. Other than that, it is a great home for anyone wanting a themed village hovel.
One of a kind
The complexity in the structure and design of this house while maintaining a prim count of 30 is phenomenal. The artistic thought the creator has devoted to this work is also evident in the detail of the textures and shadows applied, giving it a very unique and impressionable appeal inside and outside of the house. It is truly a creative masterpiece :)
