VERY nice! Very well made and only 5 L1
Looks so cute and charming in my little apartment. My avi is on the petite side of a normal sized avi. This fit her size just fine. The PG animations are cute as coffee is drunk and newspaper read!
The 2 chairs came with the rest of the nook but were not "linked" which was good, so that I could use both or just one.
I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

These animations are so great and I love how I can stand up from the table and not be ON the table.... very smooth lift! The crafting of this set is just lovely as well. Been complimented on this and it really adds interest to my kitchen.
Low prim and so worth every Linden!
