Sweet little Kingston Cottage is the first in the Newfoundland series. Compact, low prim and fresh new textures. There is a loft space to use as a bedroom or additional space for a shop or garret.
The tiny 10 x 10 footprint will fit on any parcel and can be copied as often as you like if you want to set up rental properties. Look for other houses in the series to compliment the Kingston.
The total of prims is 36 and includes a 10 prims fireplace. Remove the fireplace if you would like and even more prim efficient home.
