Great signage, even better customer support!

I bought this, thinking that it would be a perfect bit of knick-knack for my skybox, and I wasn't wrong. It looks great! Only problem was it didn;t light up no matter what I did! I contacted customer support, and they were quick to get back to me. They asked me a lot of questions about my parcel settings, and nothing solved it. Eventually, they came over to my place to check for themselves, and wouldn't you know... the problem was in my viewer settings, and NOT the sign, which was working perfectly the whole time. I'm happy with the product, and happy with those who are selling it! Bravo!
