Looks Great
This sign can be modified, so it can be altered to match your branding, and this is great. It looks good in place and I a large and smaller version based on the size of the property I'm selling. Here is the rub, and the reason it does not get the 5-stars I would have liked to give it.
1. The sign immediately says that your parcel is sold once you update the contents card.
2. The sign does not notify you once a property is sold as it is advertised.
3. Although there are clear messages illuding to customer support, there is none. I've sent IMs and NCs to imLon and there has been absolute silence.
With that being said, I'm using the sign because my mod fits my branding and I think the sign looks good. As mentioned, functionally it could be better and a little support goes a long way.
