It is a jacket for female with a loose belt wrapped around both arms.
It is turned up wide to expose the skin.

■Two large logo designs are available on the back.
You can choose from three different designs on the HUD, including a plain one.

This design uses the letter "N" as a slash to negate the word Tokyo, which is written in KANJI characters.
It means it's not Tokyo, it's Neo-Tokyo.

Its design says "Dennou 3 Minute Hacking" in Japanese katakana and kanji.
