SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off.
Uses a Rez Box system!

Whimsical Cottage Core Quality Special Build
Perfect for large cottage-core, shabby-chic themed builds. I thought it might be too high up to see the water nicely but it's not too high. It helps me see my off-sim waterfalls even better actually than just being on the sea level. Texture changes inside and out are special. This build doesn't interfere with the ground or whatever landscaping you might already have in place. This is quality and made by an experienced SL designer. Cute theme is so good here.

Such a Whimsical design and a funtioning set too. So many ways to design it and probably one of the best tree houses out there. I do with it still had the door setting though. For 8k you would expect a little more door programing
AMAZING
I love this home (we - my partner and myself), it is so much bigger than I thought on the inside and yet, really does not seem to take up a lot of space, besides the top part. I cannot say thank you enough for this design. It has been made into a home. Well crafted, designed and worth every linden. The amt of textures available are a bit overwhelming, but in a good way. so many choices to choose from to make the place really your own. You do not believe you are so high up when inside, but outside, WOW, the different deck areas and the views.
Anyway, I could go on and on. If anyone reads this and wants to see how it looks, please reach out to me or my partner, we would be soooo happy to show you how this place looks all decorated. We also have the Craftsman next to it and decorated! This is Highly recommended, both!! Heima designs ROCK!

My Dream SL Home
Way back in 2008-ish, I had a treehouse, and it was my favorite house in SL. Sadly, it very quickly became outdated and it's creator had left SL, and there was no chance of ever seeing an update. Then I spotted this one. I've been salivating over this treehouse for the last 5 years and I finally got it. It does not disappoint, absolutely stunning and while a little on the big side (that's what she said), hands down one of the most gorgeous SL homes on the market.

people told me not to cuz it was older but i love this thing and all the options there are only 1 or 2 lil spots where leaves poke into the house but it dont bug me
