I got this house on 2018 and had not used it. I was missing out great small home counts for 21 prims and very roomy. It could be sold for more. Thank you for this fine home.

I modified the color of wood and the stone at balcony and front door, and changed the right part making it all open, taking out the glass;wood there, and loved!
This way it's just 17 prims

Love the open floor plan & all of the windows. It gives a fantastic view of the landscaping and scenery around it.

Beautiful house, spacious enough so your camera is not clogged all the time. The design is clear and modern. I would have paid more for this, put it is only 1L$.

When I click this house this pops up on my screen "You purchased this item on February 04, 2015". It looks like I have been using for 4 years. I love this house because it perfectly fits on my land which is very small 32x32 and this house gives me enough garden space to move around and have some pets. The textures are not so bad on walls and ceiling and floor texture is amazing, If you have a small land and looking for a small good looking house this is for you. I love it. ^.^
