Bone weights can be very different from each mesh head creators.
Poses (Right, left, both together) for:
All eyebrow (3 poses)
Top eyebrow (4 poses)
End eyebrow (4 poses)
Upper eyelid (7 poses)
Lower eyelid (7 poses)
Priority: Strongest

Yes, this does work for Lelutka heads.
Decided to bite the bullet to test it, though the low price made that a fairly simply decision in itself.

My av is using the Lelutka Zo (f) head.
The more raised eyebrow settings are bit strange in how they deform the top eyelids, but they work.

Having the eyebrows down and the eyelids closed at the same time causes clipping through the eyeballs, so you'll have to adjust/remove your eyes.

Overall, I'm quite pleased and will be using this to tweak facial expressions for future snapshots.

This thing is so great and expressive. I have several heads and for the ones that are more limited in the expressiveness arena this is a must have! I totally love this and I could not recommend it more. It can be subtle or overt and you get control over either side of your face independently or linked.
