4 meshes (7 balloons parts include 2 kind LOD, total 6 meshes)
1 one balloon with long string, 1 one balloon with short string (0.5 LI)
Type 1= 1 seven balloons short_1 LI, 1 seven balloons long_3 LI
Type 2= 1 seven balloons short_2 LI, 1 seven balloons long_5 LI
I find type 1I is enough strong LOD, when I test with medium LOD, but I include type 2 too.

10 color textures all plain

UV map, shadow map

6 mesh faces for 7 balloons (2 for string)

1 balloon mesh are nano parts. 
Center of mesh nano parts is at the center.(for editing)

Material enabled (specular) You can set to "none" too.
