A bit misleading..
It says "3 pair of shoes, one of feet brands" and instead of High Heel, Mid Heel, and Flat it means Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza. It only comes in the high heel version, which makes no sense to me with these kinds of shoe haha.
Nicely designed, though.
