Modifyable and Copyable EXTRA ROOM for on your Windlass boat.
Placing: you drag the room from your inventory on your boat and than you move it in edit to the right place.
When you wish you can change colors. You find textures in front of your house on the dock in the orange lifebuoy.
The furniture on the pictures is not included, it gives you an idea how it is possible to furnish.
The stairs to the topdeck are included, so you can easy walk to your roof, where you can place some garden furniture when you like.
