2 versions included TINTABLE and TEXTURE CHANGE with 12 patterns.
Fully modify so you can fit anywhere any size.
When unpacked the awning will be larger than most will need at 2 land impact, resize to fit your needs. Be warned making it bigger than the size boxed will increase the land impact but not by much.
All the awnings in the pictures are 2 land impact and are a variety of sizes.

I bought this to use with my Linden home. It's perfect. Low land impact, very well made, LOD is good, easy to resize (even has a pic with instructions). Has a white tintable version, as well as a texture change with colored stripes. And with all of that, the price is extremely reasonable.
