The Winchester Linden Home-Addons Poolarea Extra Sunroom are meant to be added to expand the Winchester Linden Home in Bellisseria. The builds provides additional living space.
The poolarea is 22 LI, the sunroom is 12 LI
The exterior & interior walls may be tinted in edit mode to match your current walls, or for any color your like.
This build is Modify and Copy (except scripts).

the builder came and helped me when i had trouble figuring out the rez (my fault). it really goes perfectly with the Winchester home and fits within the land area.
