Comes with 18 animated sits for males/females, plus automatically rezzing guitar, laptop and magazine. Props to wear include a mug of coffee and some knitting.
5 prims/LI and is copyable/moddable (scripts are no mod) and no transfer.
All sits can be adjusted and saved for several avatar preferences.
An extra 2-5 prims is needed on the land to rezz the props.
The vendor picture is shown without shadows enabled, all shadows are baked on.

Realistic and low prim <3
When I look at this chair, I feel like I could just jump into my screen and sit on this chair. Everything about it looks natural and comfortable, and for its build the prim count is superb!
