This neon has 4 modes of operation: always on, always off, flashing and flickering.
Just click the neon to toggle between modes.
The neon has modify permission, that way you can tint it to your preferred color scheme easily.

looks real, and 'sturdier' than some of my other neon lights. Lots of lighting options, very pleased, will buy from this vendor again!
