Why Customer give bad reviews only why they didn't read careful what Merchants shows in Info is a mystery to me over long years. Always the same bad way and realy absolut unfair.
This Item is not bad, its simple and good for using it as Sign and Info in a Shop or Event - I like it!
It's NOT a Texture!
I don't know why the previous customer said it was a texture only and gave this designer such a poor rating! It's exactly as the description says... it's a prim and it features on/off flashing by touch! To give this product such a poor review because the description was not read properly is a very unfair review. You will get exactly as stated, not just a texture! Oh and the sign is nice and clean, very well done at a very reasonable price!

It's on an alpha texture... I've already bought several neons in this shop, and I've always been delighted... I thought it was like the others I bought before... But it's my fault, I didn't read the description by habit..
