A quaint little shop made to serve as a magical store, but can easily be used for any roleplay shop or even a cozy home.

Copy/Mod. Please note: it will show as no modify in inventory due to scripts, but it IS modifiable. 100% original mesh.

This is a quality item. It looks as great as (or better than!) the pictures. It's also not high LI or ridiculously high complexity, and it's super cheap for a build of this quality! Would absolutely recommend getting.

The other reviewer didn't read the description and probably has never bought a mesh house before.

Not really much of a Magick Shop since it has only 8 bottles of potion in an empty room.

Be careful to read the details that state what the magick Shoppe includes because if you go by the pictures alone, like I made the mistake of doing, you will walk into a next to empty little shop. Quality work, but with only 8 bottles of potion, hardly a magick shop. Empty as it is, it is not worth $299L. I think it would help us careless customers if the creator would put a note to that affect on the actual picture. Although, it was my mistake, it must be noted, that it would cost about another $1,000 to fill up that shop with magic stuff.
