The fin is only 1 LI and well-secured to the buoy by high-quality duct tape, so you never have to worry about a prank fail!
It bobs slowly up and down in the water (I moved it up a bit for the pic so you could see the buoy, but if you sink it a little lower, it will hide the evidence).
