It includes 8 separate pieces. All pieces except the gate are 0.5 LI each, so the land impact will decrease on linking.
The gate is pre-linked at 2 LI and includes Kool Door scripts.

I purchased this Feb of 2024 and honestly, this has been a life savor. Link the pieces together and BOOM watch that Land Impact drop, significantly. I wish more items were like this upon linking.
