Not only does the pond look beautiful, but it is also designed to serve an actual purpose.

Many of us live very busy lives in real life and in Second Life and a lot of people live with stresses and strains. The SERENITY POND aims to aid with that to bring you calmness, peace and inner strength.
How can it do this? Easily. Set your avatar on the leather meditation cushion and click the zen stones. A menu will drop down and give you eleven meditation choices. These are recommended to be looped and can be stopped at any time.
Your avatar will meditate while you can sit back in your chair in real time, close your eyes and meditate along with your avi to the peaceful sounds from the zen rocks. If you don't want to listen to the rocks, you can click the Buddha statue and listen to gentle running water, watch the fish and take in the peaceful surroundings.

The zen rocks play actual meditation sounds and of course as this is no replacement for medication, but a life enhancement, it is possible to take it down a notch and relax in a virtual world. You'll be surprised at the results if you use the Serenity Pond regularly.

The SERENITY POND is aimed at being an enhancement to your real life through Second Life and not as a replacement for medical instruction or medication in any way.

If you do not have room for the pond then there is a Home Healing Pack available which will fit any home or area and includes the meditation cushion and Zen stones.
