After using a previously similar kit on a few dark sim builds and with the last version needing an update. We bring this NEW & UPDATED version to you so you can have a STORMY NIGHT in full force!

Immerse yourself, your friends and visitors in a dark, cold, wet and stormy night or a rainy April afternoon..it's up to you.

Add as much or as little as you need to get the effect you want.

Go full force with the storm clouds and lightning, rainy ground, mud puddles and the whole caboodle..OR add a little rain on your Spring sim. Either way, you get to choose because this is a KIT!

What is a kit?
Well, a kit has various components that give you the freedom of choosing how you want various effects by using as much or as little as you want

Included in this kit are 18 components, as follows:-

STORM CLOUDS - ELECTRICAL
STORM CLOUDS - SOUND AND LIGHT X2
STORM CLOUDS - NO SOUND X3
STORM CLOUDS - DARK - SOUND AND LIGHT
6 VARIOUS RAIN TYPES
2 MUD PUDDLES
2 LIGHTNING STRIKES WITH & WITHOUT SOUND
1 - 6 X 6 GROUND RAIN PLANE

This kit takes full advantage of materials to enhance the experience so please ensure 'advanced lighting' is enabled.
(You can find it in preferences > graphics)

Sounds are included in some of the pieces so you can have the option of a lot of rain or light shower, thunder rumble and lightning strike or deathly silence!

This is a mesh kit so please use a mesh enabled viewer.

We had issues with an earlier kit where people reported not being able to find the clouds. This has been fixed and the clouds are easily visible when rezzed on the ground. You can then move them into the sky where you need them from there.

TIP
Some of the storm clouds do a damn fine job doubling up as fog or mist..try it and see what you come up with.

LAND IMPACT
Land impact has replaced prims with the arrival of mesh. This means that a mesh object may cost 5Li
(land impact) but with stretching may increase and lessen the amount of 'prims' on your land so always be aware of this.

The STORMY NIGHT KIT costs between 1Li and 5 Li per piece

The storm clouds are 5 Li but cover an area of 40 x 40. As this is custom mesh you can stretch and play with the mesh as much as you want. All pieces are copy and modify. The scripts are copy only.

Should you lose a piece of the kit, just do the old land search to find it or use CTRL+ALT+T and you will see everything phantom, change to a lovely red colour, from there you can find your missing piece.
